October 2-4th - Go with Shirley Quattlebaum & Katie to Cullman Oktoberfest @ Depot Park- Experience the heartwarming charm of Cullman, Alabama at the 2025 Oktoberfest Celebration! This promises to immerse visitors in German heritage as we celebrate with fun attractions for all ages. From Thursday, October 2, 2025, at 4:00 PM to the closing of the Hofbräuhaus Biergarten on Saturday, October 4 at 11 PM, the streets will be filled with lively music, cultural displays, and delicious German cuisine. This is the time to create fun-filled memories and embrace the spirit of German heritage at the Cullman Oktoberfest!

October 4th - Join the State Farm Good Neighbor Crew at Cullman County Fair Parade -The Cullman County Fair Parade will be Saturday, Oct. 4, beginning at 2 p.m. in front of the Cullman County Courthouse. The parade will travel along 2nd Avenue to Cullman Shopping Center. The Cullman County Fair will open Thursday, Oct. 9, and run through Saturday, Oct. 18, at the Cullman County Fairgrounds. Opening ceremonies will officially open the gates at 5 p.m. on Oct. 9.

Every Sunday in October - The first-ever Cullman Community Theater Halloween event, Not-So-Scary Stories in the Park, is an interactive, family-friendly theatrical show that brings spooky season fun to life. With unexpected twists and a touch of ghostly mischief, it’s storytelling like you’ve never experienced before. Catch all the magic Sunday nights this October in Cullman Art Park. October 10th - Go with Shirley Quattlebaum & Katie to the Chamber's Community Luncheon: Public Safety sponsored Dental Arts. We'll have an important conversation on public safety in our community featuring Champ Crocker, District Attorney, Joey Duncan, Cullman City Police Chief, and Matt Gentry, Cullman County Sheriff.

This luncheon will highlight the latest updates, challenges, and priorities in law enforcement and public safety across Cullman County. Guests will gain valuable insights directly from our leading officials who work every day to protect and serve. Date & Time: Friday, October 10th | 11:30 AM

October 28th - Shirley & Katie are getting spook-tacular at - Wildwater Join us for a Spooktacular evening of family fun at WildWater’s TRUNK OR TREAT on October 28th from 5PM – 7PM!

*Most Awesome Decorated Trunk – Local families can enter for just $10, with the chance to win 2 WildWater 2026 Season Passes for the 2026 season!

*Kids’ Costume – Open to children ages 5–13, with the winner receiving 2 Daily 2026 Tickets to WildWater! (Free to enter!)

October 30th - Go with Shirley Quattlebaum & Katie to - Wallace State Future Foundation - Student Inv. Luncheon - We are excited to be together again with you at our 21st Annual Student Scholarship Luncheon and Auction! This event provides over $200,000 annually for Wallace State student scholarships. These funds are raised through event sponsorships, auction profits, and donations. This year's event will include a delicious meal, a silent auction, a live auction, and an online auction.
